Here’s how cancellations and refunds work for our digital resource memberships:
When you join, you get immediate access to our entire collection of digital printables and resources. Because these are digital products that can’t be returned, we don’t offer refunds once resources have been accessed or downloaded.
This policy helps protect our content and keeps the membership sustainable for everyone.
If you choose the monthly plan, you're committing to a 12-month membership. That means:
You’ll be billed each month for 12 months.
Early cancellation isn’t available on this plan.
After 12 months, your membership can be cancelled or renewed.
This helps keep our pricing affordable while giving you ongoing access to new content throughout the year.
If you choose the annual plan (paid upfront), you can cancel at any time:
Your membership will remain active until the end of your 12-month period.
No refunds are provided once content has been accessed.

Nope! Once you subscribe, everything on the site will turn to £0. Please note, this does not include Learn Well Education products as they are not produced by Miss E Early Years. All Miss E resources will ALWAYS be included for subscribers, including weekly uploads and future planning.
If you purchase an individual plan, you are limited to only ONE user. We offer a school and nursery subscription where you can have up to five users per plan
Currently, our printables are not editable. If you would like any resources to be edited with a certain focus please send us a message and we can create this for you.
Due to the nature of the digital download subscription it is not possible to “return” downloads and ensure they are no longer used. Therefore, we do not provide refunds for new subscription purchases.
We are currently developing a new 'Planning Hub' that we hope to launch in the Autumn Term. This will be included in the membership.

No not at all! As a subscriber on the site, you get all Miss E Early Years currently on the site and the many added each week absolutely free. Rest assured there will be no increase to your subscription in the future once joined. We only put the price up to new members each year as the website grows. Learn Well Education products are not included in the subscription plan as they are not produced by Miss E Early Years. You will never be asked to pay for anything created by us. This includes the future Planning Hub and anything new we add.
